Hello there! Nice to meet you! My name is Zenny Poh from Singapore :)

At the age of 10, I baked my first ever Cheesecake in my tiny Cornell oven . It was Oreo Cheesecake and it came out with a huge crack right in the middle of it when the oven dinged. Shared that cheesecake with my family and neighbor while it was still hot, straight out of the oven. We just couldn’t wait for it to cool down!! That particular day, I realized how everyone was able to bond in my effort of attempting to bake. I believe that food has a special magic to bring people together, especially desserts. From that moment on, I knew pastry is all I ever wanted to do for the rest of my life. 10 years later, I’m training hard as a pastry chef in the making.

With this all set up, I wish to jot down my thoughts and ideas, what I have learned, anything and EVERYTHING pastry related. For me to look back and maybe laugh at more of my failed attempts.
